Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA slip is included inside the package.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our logistics team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
